By offering a program that is centered on math and science, subjects that American students are lagging behind in comparison to other nations, Lamad students will receive a standards-based, research-proven, curriculum focusing on core subjects that will create a strong foundation for life-long learning and ensure high levels of student learning and achievement. Lamad students will not only have a firm understanding of all core subjects, they will have learned the discipline and positive attitude needed to succeed in high school and college. At each grade level, classroom and subject-based teachers will work in conjunction with specialized Math and Science teachers to create a common language of Math and Science across all subjects.
